COLORFUL FOOD IS HEALTHY!
We encourage you to spend more time exploring the produce section of your local grocer and farmers markets. Choose healthy fruits and vibrant veggies for side dishes, main entrees, drinks, and even décor.
Designer Tip: Create a lovely centerpiece by filling a glass cylinder or big bowl with a mix of lemons and limes. The yellow and green will brighten up your kitchen and come in handy for drinks!
Add lemon or lime to your 8 glasses of water a day and see how much more you enjoy each sip.

COLORFUL RECIPES
Now for the best part, here are a few recipes for color cure drinks that are delightful and delicious any time of day or year!
STRAWBERRY MINT LEMONADE
A lovely, refreshing drink for spring or summer afternoons (or if you’re just longing for a warm weather vibe)!
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh strawberries
2 tbsp raw honey, more as desired
4 cups water
3-4 large lemons, juiced
1/3 cup fresh mint leaves
Ice
Directions
1. Blend strawberries and raw honey until smooth
2. In a pitcher combine water, lemon, and ice
3. Pour in blended strawberries, add in mint; muddle/mix until combined
4. Taste and adjust as needed. Garnish with extra lemon slices and sprig of mint
Recipe Notes:
Frozen strawberries can be substituted if fresh fruit is out of season
A little vodka would be a great addition to this for happy hour!
GREEN JUICE
This green machine provides a refreshing burst of energy and makes you feel good to be alive!
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh spinach
1 peeled cucumber
1 peeled pear
1 peeled lime
1 celery stalk
1 tbsp chopped ginger
2 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 cup water
Ice (3 cubes)
Directions:
Add all ingredients to blender or juicer and combine until well mixed.
Recipe Notes:
Add carrots or a banana for natural sweetness and texture
BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE
This is a go-to breakfast favorite but is perfect any time of day for a healthy and filling snack.
Ingredients:
1 banana
½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
2 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp coconut
8 oz almond milk
Ice (just a cube or 2 if you are using frozen fruit)
Directions:
Add all ingredients to blender or juicer – easy peasy!
Recipe Notes:
Add a scoop of protein powder and turn into a meal replacement
Add a tsp of green tea match powder for an extra boost
