Vacuum regularly and do not use a beater bar. Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean sponge or white cloth. Spot clean with a minimal amount of water and a mild soap solution. Blot firmly, but gently from outside to center of the stain, avoiding scrubbing. Should long ends of yarn appear on the surface, do not pull. Use scissors to trim yarn evenly with rug surface. Professionally clean as needed. To preserve the life of the rug, we recommend using a rug pad.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

If you are not happy with a FULL-SIZED rug you purchased, we will gladly exchange or accept a return within 30 days of your purchase. Please follow this link to request a return authorization and shipping label. All rug returns must be shipped back in the original packaging or equivalent with a return authorization number. All refunds are issued after receipt of the package and inspection of the rug, typically within 30 days of receiving the rug. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping fees apply.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for rug samples at this time.
