Vacuum regularly. Spot clean with a mild cleaning solution for wool. Air dry. Professional carpet cleaning recommended. Should long ends of yarn appear on the surface, do not pull. Use scissors to trim yarn evenly with rug surface. To preserve the life of the rug, we recommend using a rug pad.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

If you are not happy with a FULL-SIZED rug you purchased, we will gladly exchange or accept a return within 30 days of your purchase. Please follow this link to request a return authorization and shipping label. All rug returns must be shipped back in the original packaging or equivalent with a return authorization number. All refunds are issued after receipt of the package and inspection of the rug, typically within 30 days of receiving the rug. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping fees apply.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for rug samples at this time.
